I created this for Sassy Cheryl's Tuesday Challenge #13. We were supposed to use punches. My first idea of punches is a hole punch so I made my card with all different sizes of circle punches. I was in the process of posting my card (my name appeared) when time ran out and Mister Linky closed the challenge. Sassy Cheryls Challenge #14 is for layers. This is defiitely layers and layers of circles. I even made the corner decorations by punching cirlces in my white card base and lining the inside of the card with green paper.

I have a very special Granddaughter who asked me to get her a pink helicopter with green polka dots so she can visit her Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. I couldn't quite get the helicopter (no luck on the lottery yet) but I hope this pink and green polka dot card will do til I do win. What do you think?

You Did It!

I made this card for a friend's daughter who is graduating from high school. The school colors are black and gold. This young lady is dreaming of being a designer so the buttons and sewing will be a big part of her future. She is going to wear a purple dress under her cap and gown and swears she is going to "belt-it-up" and add a big flower for a "little style". I tried to capture the essence of Cloie! I hope she loves it as much as I did creating it.

I entered this in Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #12. The challenge called for buttons and this card fit right into the theme. Please leave a comment and let me know how you like it! Thanks for stopping by.

Hanging Out To Say Hello

I made this one for Sassy Cheryl's Tuesday Challenge. I used the zigzag stitch on my sewing machine to make the background look like a quilt. Every Teddy Bear needs a blanket, don't they?
