This isn't exactly a Valentine Card, but it is a lovey card. The fairy and frog card is a quick cut out from the Once Upon a Springtime line from 2010 Graphic 45. I picked up the paper at Scrapbooks By the Sea in Pawleys Island. The 12 x12 sheet contains postcard sized pictures and postcards you can cut out and make into a quickie card when time is short. Love this line of paper.
But if you follow my blog you know I can't leave it at there, so I paper glazed the frog to give him a shine and hilighted the fairy with my copics and colored pencils. I had some little pink flowers left over from a border punch and I glued them on for color and dimension. I used SU punches for the corners, side tag and the sentiment is actually a SU Christmas ornament punch. The sentiment is a SU stamp and I popped a little tulle and pearl gem on for some bling.
Very pretty, Linda! Happy Valentine's Day to you!
