Forest Thanks

I have been making my cards with my digis and ignoring all my other "Have To Have" stash.  I decided to challenge myself in 2011.  Here is how it goes:  Every morning I randomly grab a stamp set, white paper, black and brown Memento Ink Pads  and my Copics pop them in my pink tote and off to work I go.  If I don't go out to lunch that day I sit in our break room, stamp and color.  Then at night I make a card out of whatever I stamped at lunch.

This is the second card I made.  The stamp set is a SU Hostess set called Picnic Parade.  These little characters have so much personality.  I thought it would make a cute group thank you card. All the paper is from my scrap drawers.  I do know the cardstock is Stampin Up because I always use their cardstock.. I love the color variety and the quality of their paper.

I cut the shapes with Spellbinders and the white swirl was a scrap already embossed in my stash.  The ribbon flower and pin are all from my stash. Unfortunately, I unpack my supplies and put them in storage containers so I don't know the brands.  I need to come up with a better storage solution so I can store the labels with the embellishments.

Hope you enjoy.  I'll post some more cards as I make them.  Maybe I'll even find a challenge to enter them in.

  6. You are too smart to challenge yourself. I have drawers of rubber stamps that never get used. I just love my digis too much.
