Steppin and a'Dreamin with Sassy Cheryl



Sassy Ann wants us to dig out our cutters and score boards this week..  She issued a Step Card Challenge and boy did that DT outdo themselves!  They created some awesome inspiration.  Check it out here.  I kept mine pretty clean and simple this week.  The image is called "No. 2 Pencil and a Dream"

Sally is almost out of school for the summer and she is sitting under a South Carolina Palemetto tree, wearing her flip flops and plannning her new volunteer job helping to save the "Sea Turtles'.  Now isn't that the sweetest little turtle you ever saw and you all know how much I love turtles.  The turtle was cut on a Cricut, the flip flops are brads and the flower is from my stash.  It may be a Martha Stewart.  The palm tree was cut using a Sissix die and embossed with a Stampin Up embossing folder.

    So cute, have bought that cute digi, but haven't done anything with it yet. Love your palm tree and flip flops too, she must be dreaming of a vacation and writing her name in the sand, sounds good to me!! Dream on.......

    Miss Linda! this is awesome! I love this wonderful theme for your step card! Makes we wish summer were here. we are having lots of rain.
    You have colored her perfectly and loving the palm tree, flip flops and sea turtle!

    Cute! Cute! Cute! What FABulous colours and I LOve this step card..LOve how you have done your sentiment and the way she is being shaded under that Palm Tree.. Yes! I agree.. It's one cute Turtle. I had to smile! Linda. I'm sitting here in my flip flops! cause I think Summer may just have started here in the UK.

    You got it going on with this card. I love the palm tree and the flip flops. You know where this cutie's mind is and it isn't on Reading, Riting or 'Rithmetic.

    I still need to make my card, so I guess I best get busy. Going to be hard to beat this great creation.
