Show Me Thursday

Well here it is.  All my loot from my visit to Wisconsin.  Just look at my goodies.  I noticed that I didn't show you one of my greatest finds.  It was a simple roll of tan gingham checked ribbon.  Sounds silly doesn't it, but I have searched at every craft store in Myrtle Beach and Florence, SC and not found it.  I found it at Archiver's in Wisconsin.  I saw so many "Need to Haves", but tried to limit myself to things I couldn't find at home.  Another find was the cloud punch.  I have coveted my dear friend Jeni's, but she must have bought the last one in Myrtle Beach.  Yeah for Archiver's again.

See the wood grain "paper" standing up in the background?  That was a gift from Pam at The Memory Bank scrapbook store in Baraboo, Wisconsin.  We had driven up to the Casino in Wisconsin Dells.  Now I am not a gambler (except for purchasing lottery tickets to win money to visit Sarah in the UK).  Everyone wanted to go back the next day so my DH, my hero, found a scrapbook store for me to visit.  Well I walked into The Memory Bank, met Pam and sent the rest of my group back to the Casino for the day!!!!

Sarah made me feel so welcome, showing me all of her projects, suggesting techniques and projects for me to try.  Let me tell you, that lady has the inventory.  OMG I was in heaven.  She showed me this paper made from wood.  It is manufactured in WI and Pam has done a trade show and scrapbooks full of these wood creations.  She gifted me with some and I will definitely post pictures of my projects as I make them.

Hope you enjoy snooping at my treasures.  I can't wait to dig in and use the babies!!!!

Now it is your turn.  Snap a picture of what you are working on and post it here.  If your number comes up, you win a digi from Sassy Cheryl's store and she has some precious new ones too.  I hope I win, but if I don't I hope You do!

What a great haul you made. Even though I don't do any crafts anymore, I do love ribbons. . . .and fabrics too.
Thanks for sharing your loot this week in the SMThursday fun.

  8. Well, now I know what you were doing in WI. Forget visiting family, you were shopping and quite the haul you made too kiddo. Now you'll be wanting to go hang out with Sarah at her store. That wood is quite impressive looking, and I can think of several images that it would work perfectly with. Love the Halloween blog look.
