Sassy Cheryl Challenge 24

The challenge this week is a Pink and Black Color Combination. Ashley at work, is having a birthday and I needed to make her a card. Ashley is tall and thin, very stylish and kinda shy and sweet. I think this little digi matches her perfectly.

You can tell most of the techniques I used on this card, but I tried one new one. The black and white paper is actually a plain white paper. I took a jumbo roller from Stampin Up (Very Vintage) cartridge and rolled it in black ink. One good sweep across the paper was all it took. I love the effect it made. The dress, hat and bow are all paper pieced. My husband thought she needed a little bling so we popped some rhinestones on the card and used the Diamond Stickles here and there.

I love hearing your comments, so just click on the word "comments" below and leave me one. Thanks for checking on me.
