Well is this paper busy or what? I loved the paper and it is a circus theme, but I am not used to working with such a busy pattern. Whew, I think I think it works good. What do you think? The paper is from Sassafras. The polka dots is frm My Minds Eye and the green border was cut right off of the DP.
It's Birthday time at Sassy Cheryl's and Sassy Sally Clown's Around fit my mood perfectly. I hope the fashion police don't catch Sassy Sally in all these mismatched colors, but she does match the paper.
Card was quick and easy to make. I colored her twice and popped one image on top of the other to give a dimensional shadowing effect. Balloons were cut with a Sissix Die. Circles were cut with a Spellbinders. Happy Birthday stamp was from a local scrapbook store that is no longer in business.
I'm having a busy week, helping out at the local scrapbook store. The owner has gone to a show in Tennessee so I am holding down the fort. Gives me three days to color a bit. I am leaving my Mom for an entire day, so I am a bit nervous. I feed her breakfast and give her meds before I leave in the morning. The Hospice Nurse comes in the afternoon and my husband feeds her lunch. Then I am home for supper. Today worked out smoothly, so I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow and Saturday. Saturday, my friends Jeni and Kim are coming to the store for a crop, so we should have some fun then too! Maybe some crazy pictures will be taken and show up on Sassy Cheryl's SMT. Who knows....
Whatever you are doing this week, I hope you fit a bit of crafting in your schedule.
Have a Good One,
Linda
