Sassy Cheryl's Show Me Thursday #41

All Done!   I have finished 10 treat bags and even made a special one for my Mom.  She has such a bad sweet tooth, she'll love it!  This was my great Sunday afternoon football project.  It has been a great football weekend for me.  My beloved Packers, my Washington Redskins and our college team, Carolina Gamecocks won their games this week.  All is good in the Compton household.  Especially since I am now crafting in the living room with a football fanatic my DH aka The Kahuna.  Ha Ha

What an emotional day.  I cried over the 911 memorials and cheered over the football games.  Whew, am I ever exhausted. I think I will make this a short post and head to bed.

Hugs to all!

PS  It's your turn now.  Take a pic of something you are doing this week and post it here.  All the nosy Sassettes want to see.

  12. Aww, how sweet is that!?! I love that you make treat bags. Those are adorable. I, too, cried all weekend. It started on Friday for me...there's a country song that goes "where were you when the world stopped turning that September day" and of course the morning show played it...with a 5-10 minute intro of little kids reading a timeline of what happened. I cried all the way to work.

    Happy, Thursday, love your blog!

  13. Thank You Linda for dropping by and I loved it that you called me the recycling guru! I feel so proud of myself when I can churn up something from what we would throw away!

  14. Thank you, Linda, for your lovely comments on my blog recently. I have just dropped by for a quick visit to yours! I love these little treat bags. I saw your recent post in which you featured one and they are very detailed. Love the spider web trim and your pretty colouring and they look so lovely all together on your work space. We don't really "do" Halloween here in England although it is getting more popular. I see you have a cricut too. I do play with mine occasionally but I've never truly got the hang of what it can do. Hugs, Lesley
