Show Me Thursday in Sassetteville

Just a few digi's I have been coloring at lunch.  I finally found the paper I want to use for my Sailor Boy.  Maybe I'll get some time this weekend to put it together. Looks like I have been on a Magnolia Stamp kick lately.  Actually I color them and never get time to use them.  Sassy Cheryl keeps making me spend all my time on her things.  What am I going to do?  Yep, you're right, keep coloring and smiling cause I am hooked and can't get enough of her sassy little expressions.

Oh great, I just noticed a piece of scraps that fell on the floor.  Don't know how that happened because I am such a neat scrapper and NEVER make a mess on my floor.  .)  Well don't enlarge the pic and maybe you won't notice.  I have been doing some sponging so I have my box of sponges open on the table, some gel pens and my SU Blender pens.  I was doing some coloring with Tim Holtz Distress Inks and using the blender pens.Well that's it for this week.  Nothing interesting happening on my workspace really.

We are headed for Charleston to celebrate the Fourth with my daughter, son-in-law and their 3 children.  You may know that the first shot of the Civil War was fired from Ft. Sumpter in the Charleston Harbor. They have a wonderful fireworks celebration.  They shoot the fireworks off the deck of the Yorktown and have live bands with lots of patriotic music, it is really spectacular.  Wherever you are this weekend, stay safe and to my American friends, Happy Fourth of July.  To all my International Friends, Hugs and Good Wishes for a great weekend.

  3. Oh Linda, I need to come visit you and gather in some of your techniques. My neighbor swept the floor in TM yesterday, so we won't even mention that one. Your 4th of July celebration sounds like so much fun and the kind that reminds you of what a Great country we live in and that Freedom isn't free.

  4. Oh, don't blame it on me! I get enough of that here! :) I actually take that as a compliment! Hope you had an amazing time with your family and that they put on a good fireworks show!
Thanks for showing your 'not messy' even though the paper is on the floor space this week! :)
