Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #81 - Show Us Something Good to Eat

This week that Sassy Judy wants us to show her something good to eat.  Now anyone who follows, Sassy Cheryl's  regularly knows how much Cheryl loves food.  When you start checking out her portfolio, it is apparent how much food is incorporated.  But I gotta say I am right there with her, as are most of you I assume, I love the food sources she chooses.  Coffee and sweets.  Can't get much better than that!

My DD loves to bake and read.  She is going with the Kahuna and me on a trip to Wisconsin tomorrow.  I thought I would make her bookmark to take on the trip.  Yep the 3 of us are leaving the sunny south to fly to the frozen tundra to visit our beloved Italian Yankee relatives.  We are leaving the rest of our family here to hold down the forts.  My son has strict orders not to turn my home into Animal House while we are gone!  At least my precious Bonnie and Snickers won't have to stay home all by themselves.

This image is called Little Baker and you can get her here.  Cami loves this image and I was in a lavender mood so Wallah!  I have seen variations of this bookmark on some blogs.  In fact my GF Jeni made a version of it that I fell in love with.  I chose to make mine in the rectangle shape to fit the shape of the digi.  I colored it with my Copics, used my Cuddlebug embossing folder and a MS border punch.  Finished off with a "lush", as Mina says, brown satin ribbon bow.  The lavender lace is cut off of a ribbon from a floral arrangement.  I loved the bow, hid it in my ribbon stash and I pull it out now and then to "pretty-up" a card.

Go quick and grab one of Cheryl's food digis and join in the fun here.  There's a prize at stake, plus you get the chance to see everyone else's creations.

Hope you have a fabulous couple of weeks.  I'll be back with a surprise for you.  Take care, stay safe and be happy.  Love ya, Linda
