Show Me Some Fun Time at Sassy Cheryl's

It's that nosey time of the week again over at Sassy Cheryls.  It is the time when we grab a camera and take a picture of something that we have going on in our lives.  This week I have been working on cards for "Operation Write Home" or OWH.  You make one or many cards, box them up and send them off to OWH.  They sort through them and make sure they conform to their strict guidelines.  Then they ship them to our military so they will have handmade cards to send out to own family and friends. This is the first time I have sent any cards to OWH.  I also support a local group of "Blue Star Mothers".  We make cards and gift boxes to send to our local military.

I used a set of Stampin Up 4 seasons cards for the note cards, the Blue Christmas tree is a Cuddlebug embossing folder  and the red/white Christmas cards is a precious little mouse by Digi Doodles.  The Halloween cards were made with a set from Stampin Up also.

So grab your camera and take a picture of what you are up too.  All of us nosy Sassettes love to peek into your lives and get to know our fellow crafters better.  Remember that Girl Scout song,"Make New Friends and Keep The Old"  I have been singing that (very quietly) while typing this post.  Kinda fits this challenge, don't you think?

  8. OMG, I see the inked background Halloween card! I guess we ARE thinking alike....how funny. Even the tab on the card.......thanks for letting me know to come take a peek. Love your gingham note cards too all the cards are so nice. I made cards to put into a box of goodies for a Soldier serving in Afganistan and he wrote and told me that the cards were the first thing to get distributed, even before candy and cookies!
