Beary Christmas

Lilly is the Challenge leader over at Sassy Cheryls this week an she wants us to make something with furry friends.  I chose this little Bear Hug because I love it.  I decided to make a Christmas card out of it because I am going to need a bunch in the next month and I have not even started on my Christmas cards yet.

The papers are by My Minds Eye and the sentiment was made by me on my computer.  I used my Prisma colored pencils and Gamasol to color the bear because I ran out of ink in the Copic I was using and had to start over.  The little girl is colored with my Copics.  Christmas is a time when we dress up like gaudy presents and let our inner flashy selves shine through.  I used Stickles to add some sparkle to her vest, hairbow and skirt.  And since I can't seem to make a card without ribbons or buttons, I chose ribbon and bow this week.  The scalloped border punch is from Stampin Up and the presents border punch is a Martha Stewart punch.

Hope you enjoyedmy card.  Why don't you click on the Beary Christmas title above and pop over to Cheryls Challenge Blog and join us.  We get a new challenge every week and you get to use Cheryls fabulous digis on your projects.  Now how much fun is that?
