WOYWW

Well it is Wednesday again and if you are one of Julia's crazy faithful followers you know what that means.  SNOOPING TIME.  Time for all of us crazy crafters to go visit each other and see what everyone is working on, or what they have bought and we just can't live without!  Click on the WOYWW title above and you will pop right over to Julia's.  We can't share a cup of coffee or tea, but we do share funny stories and tips and bits of gossip, so come join our Wednesday  International Party.  Try it, you will like it!

So what do I have on the ole workspace today.   There is the basket of seashells card.  This was made by my Inky Digit friend Lisa.  I won her card a couple of months ago and we want her to teach us how to make it, so she asked me to take a pic of it and email it to her to refresh her memory.  The Sunflower card was our project tonight.  Inky Digit pal, Lynn taught us how to make this delightful sunflower.  Aren't these ladies talented.  I keep telling them they need to get a blog and join us.  There is a present for me from Inky Digit pal Susan.  She bought me this cute little children on a park bench stamp I wanted and couldn't find.  Susan couldn't stay for class to night because her little Yorkie, Expresso, had surgery today.  She had to stay and administer TLC.  I have to admit she did look pretty worried when she stopped by tonight.  I know all you crafters are animal lovers, so say a little prayer for Expresso.

Last thing interesting on my desk is my How To Book for Techniques.  I am trying to decide what to do for my Christmas cards this year and I am searching for inspiration and so far the "well is dry".  Maybe I will get some inspiration when I visist everyone's workspace this week!  Hope you enjoyed your visit with me this week. I will try to get by to see everyone too!

  2. Hey Linda, I've been searching for inspiration for two or three weeks, now. Talk about a dry spell. I love that sunflower. I'm in a swap where the woman's theme is sunflowers. I would LOVE to have that image (grin). You would think I could find inspiration around the corner, since the state I live in is called the sunflower state. Happy WOYWW (no. 12).

  9. Hey Linda - thanks for the visit to my blog - in answer to your question about whether there is a table in the conservatory - yes - that is my craft desk - i've taken over the conservatory as my craft room - it works well, because I have tv so i don't interfere with the menfolk who watch sports all the time on the one in the lounge... in the winter though, it gets quite cold in there and this winter will be my first as it being my actual craft room so not sure whether the crafting will be done in there or in the kitchen more regularly!!!

lots of stuff on your desk means you've been busy as opposed to lazy like me!!! thanks for the walk and talk on all that is going on there.
